It is a stone house of recent construction located in the heart of Sierra de Aguafria to nine hundred meters in height and three kilometres from the heart of the village in Monesterio (Badajoz), less than ten minutes away by car.

Only forty five minutes from Highway of Seville and Mérida. It has four bedrooms, two double and two single with two trundle beds.

The main bedroom has bathroom and a bed with a comfortable new mattress one eighty by two meters.

The garden is very nice.

It has a large swimming pool and a small type jacuzzi with benches to sit in water.

There is football and basketball, indoor and outdoor fireplace and an ecological vegetable garden from which you can make use in summer.

The lounge is very cosy and spacious.

It has a large fireplace and comfortable sofas. The entire House has heating for the winter.

In summer you tend to cover up with a blanket in the evenings thanks to thick walls keep cool the interior.
