At low tide, the extent of the sandy beach you will enjoy this unique space for swimming, fishing, and practice different water sports (windsurfing, jet ski, boat, dinghy). Beach about 100 meters, children safe staying there. EQUIPMENT: It is possible to take meals in the dining room or on the veranda overlooking Sea. The Sea view rooms are equipped as follows: - The large bedroom, 140 cm bed, cot fully equipped - the second smaller room with 2 beds of 80 cm. The living room has a sofa bed for 2 persons. Each bed is equipped with pillows and duvets. A high chair for children are available and a baby park. The kitchen has electric: stove with oven, microwave, food processor, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Also available a television, a DVD player, a CD player and radio receiver. We specify that the toilet is separate from the shower room.
This will be modernized in January 2015. RATES: Low season: 300 € the week. MID SEASON: 380 € the week. HIGH SEASON: 400 € the week. VERY HIGH SEASON: 490 € the week. Overnight: 160 € for two nights. and € 40 from the third night. House cleaning: 45 € The deposit is set at 50% of the total amount. A deposit of € 500 is payable at the beginning of the stay. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. L'appartement est bien situé à côté de la plage et des commodités dans une maison de charme avec une vue magnifique.L'appartement est bien entretenu et tres bien équipé. La personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clés est très accueillante.A y retourner avec un grand plaisir

das Haus an sich war sehr schön, auch die Umgebung; aber die Ausstattung in der Wohnung sehr zusammengewürfelt bzw. ausgesprochen zweitklassig.Das Bad war extrem eng.Leider waren auch die großen Fenster mit Blick auf das Meer - eigentlich ein sehr schöner Ausblick - total verdreckt.
