Typical Provençal villa of the Haut Var region in Salernes, a village renowned for its terracotta tiles and earthenware.
30 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon and the lake of St Croix, 1h15 from St Tropez, the villa de la Caille is nestled in the quiet and popular area of St Barthélémy.
From the property, you will reach by a nice walk, less than 1km away, the site of Saint Barthelemy, prized for its caves.
6 kms from Sillans-la-cascade. and 12 kms from one of the most beautiful villages in France: Tourtour, also called "the village in the sky".
The superb land on 5000 m2 with its olive trees and its cypress alley offers rich vegetation in all seasons.
The land is enclosed and secure (remote control gate) on the street side and free access on the countryside side.
Absolute calm for lovers of the region and the Provençal vegetation.

Het huis is licht, heeft veel inhoud en is niet volgepropt met allerlei dingen. Het zwembad was net vernieuwd en zag er erg mooi uit, helaas nog niet helemaal klaar maar we konden het wel gebruiken. Een aanrader
