Recently refurbished house with luxurious and exquisite finishes.
This is a house located in an unspoilt area, with very few neighbours, and spectacular views over the Mediterranean cliffs; a place to contemplate unequalled sunsets.
Enjoy from your open-air Jacuzzi, where you will again find serenity and relaxation.
You will find the sea only a few minutes’ walk from the house, a rocky harbour to enjoy crystal-clear waters and an incomparable seabed.
The house is in the heart of the Tramuntana mountain range, in the Banyalbufar municipality, a quiet area surrounded by unspoilt nature and astounding views of the sea.
It underwent an extensive renovation in 2021.
In the upper floor, you will find a spacious living room/kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The upper floor also has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with two single beds.
There is a separate toilet and a south-facing terrace with sea views, suitable for enjoy the meals or having a sun bath. The property’s lower floor boasts two double bedrooms.
One of them with an en-suite bathroom and sea views, and the other double bedroom has an integrated bathroom.
There is an office to write or read while enjoying the tranquillity of the area and a south-facing terrace with an outdoor shower. Outside the house, under pines and olive trees, you will find an outdoor Jacuzzi.
There are also several terraces built with traditional marjades stone, perfect for relaxing or having a drink in the shade. Equipment and services: - IMPORTANT, CAR RENTAL: There are two car parks on the access road.
Due to its extraordinary location, the access to the area from the main Banyalbufar road is tricky, especially the last stretch to the house, steep and with narrow curves.
In any case, we will provide helpful driving tips during the check-in process.
It is important that the driver is experienced and that you rent a small vehicle.
We will gladly recommend the models that are suitable and where to find them. - The house has ADSL WIFI internet with an average speed of 8Mb.
If you need a stronger WIFI connection, please contact us. - The Sa Pedra de S'ase Port is a 4-minute walk away, reached by going down an unfrequented path.
The place is surrounded by nature and wildlife.
You can snorkel to see the vast Posidonia meadows and all its marine life.
Forests of white pines and holm oaks tumble down the reddish cliffs to the sea.
The spectacular sunsets and the clarity of the stars make this a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, where you can reconnect with nature. - Guests will be provided with a set of towels. - Hot and cold pumps for air-conditioning. - The house is 2 kilometres from the picturesque village of Banyalbufar, where you can find restaurants and other services such as a small supermarket, bakery and pharmacy.
Once you arrive at the house, you will find recommendations for walks, restaurants, sports and more in our guide. - The house is 35 kilometres from the airport and 25 kilometres from the city of Palma.
It is recommended that you do some grocery shopping upon arrival.
You can do so at the large supermarkets near the airport (like Carrefour) or if you prefer, the two quieter supermarkets in the village of Esporles (20 minutes from Banyalbufar).

wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem Chalet. Es mangelt hier an nichts und wir haben uns überall sehr wohl gefühlt.
Insbesondere die Betreuung vor Ort durch Herrn Diego Ruiz war hervorragend und herzlich.
Der Hinweis auf ein kleines, schmales Fahrzeug zur Anreise sollte wirklich beachtet werden, da die Zuwegung über eine schmale, steile Serpentinenstraße führt.

While the road to get to this property is extremely narrow, the home waiting at the end is a prize worth every drop of sweat it takes to navigate it.
