Everything is within your reach from Villa M. 2 minutes to all necessary amenities from bars and restaurants, mini supermarkets, local transport and nightlife, very convenient and easy for those very hot summer days and all the other days when you just need to get home and have a swim.
Villa M is a 3 bed private villa with private pool & garden, each room has its own private balcony with stunning mountain views, it is just a few minutes walk to all the necessary amenities such as shops, bars & restaurants. The pool is well stocked with deck chairs and the terrace offers table & chairs for alfresco living, the open plan lounge & dining area is bright & spacious, there is air conditioning throughout the Villa. The kitchen is well equipped. The villa is convenient, quiet & tucked away yet close to all amenities & the vibrant party town of Hisaronu, just a few minutes walk and a short dolmus ride to the famous Oludeniz Beach resort & also to the main town of Fethiye to explore some real Turkish delights.
Airport Transfers & activities: Airport transfers can be arranged via our Turkish management. This service is provided by our Turkish management & is paid directly to them whilst in Turkey.
Our local Turkish management are also on hand to offer any advice & help if you wish to book activities or trips, please do not hesitate to ask.
Pool/ smoking/cleaning: Smoking is not permitted in the villa, it is permitted in the garden area, please ensure butts are put out & disposed off properly. Please ensure necessary safety measures are taken with small children and non-swimmers as the pool is accessible and not fenced, it is also slippery when wet.
Any damage to the property may result in the loss of security deposit. It is the responsibility of the guest to report any damage to the property immediately to our management or to the owner.
If extra cleaning is required, it can be arranged via our management at extra cost. We are required to register all our staying guests, this service is also provided by our local Turkish management at a daily fee of £6. This is paid directly to our Turkish management whilst in Turkey.
