The house is a characteristic property located in the Tuscan countryside and immersed in the green heart of the Maremma, geographically embraced to the west by the splendid beaches of the Gulf of Follonica and to the east by the green metalliferous hills.
It is a very comfortable solution for relaxing summer holidays, in the name of peace and practicality and, thanks to its 1500 square meters of exclusive garden, in full contact with nature.
Its excellent location allows its guests to be in the countryside but only 100 meters from the main road, just 2 km from the first inhabited center and only 6 km from the beaches on the coast.
The surrounding area is rich in culture, history, culinary art and all the main services can be reached in a few minutes.
Absolutely to visit the exclusive beaches of Cala Violina, Cala Civette, Carbonifera and the beaches of Follonica, Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala; all easily reachable in a few minutes by car.
Do not miss the historic cities of Massa Marittima, Populonia, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Florence, etc. .. rich in exclusive monuments and museums.
The property consists of a double bedroom and wardrobe, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed with a comfortable 15 cm mattress and where another single bed with a regular mattress can be placed (on request).

This house is perfect for people looking for peace and quiet.
Very large and well-kept garden with a large terrace.

Wir haben hier eine Woche Urlaub im Oktober verbracht. Als wir in das wunderschöne Ferienhaus einzogen, war alles super sauber. Den Kaffee für die Maschine gab es gleich dazu. Es waren genügend Geschirrhandtücher vorhanden, sowie die Handtücher für das Badezimmer, auch die Bettwäsche mussten wir nic...

Vielen Dank an Nik für die tolle Unterkunft.
Es es ein großes Grundstück, welches ganz geschlossen ist. Schöner Rasen mit vielen Bäumen und Sträuchern. Perfekt für eine super Zeit. Mit dem komplett ausgestattetem Haus fehlt auch nichts.
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft 100% empfehlen.
