This beautiful house is located on a large quiet plot (6000 m2) without neighbors.
It is an ideal romantic accommodation for a peaceful vacation. It is a typical Provence house that I have renovated with much love myself.
The house is small (approx. 60 sqm), so it is ideal for a summer vacation because there is little inside. There is a large patio (approx. 30 sqm) with lounging areas and a large table between the two halves of the house.
In front of the house is a large linden tree that provides shade. There is also a table under an old glycine. it is an ideal place for lunch as there is always a light wind.
At the pool (12 x 4.5) you will find another shady area with 4 wooden loungers.
The pool lighting is controlled by infrared. The property has 34 old olive trees and numerous fruit trees such as mirabelle plums, apricots, peaches, walnuts, plums, cherries, almonds, figs, persimmons as well as oleanders, laurel, plane trees, gingko, eucalyptus and a large linden tree.
The herb garden will be created in spring 2017.
The village, for shopping, with a typical village square with large plane trees, is a few km away.
This house is not just any object for rent, but the house we moved to in autumn 2016.
So I ask you to treat it as if it were your own.

Wir haben uns zu zweit mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight.Es liegt doch etwas abseits, aber in den kleinen Dörfchen drumherum gibt es alles was man braucht, inclusive gute Restaurants. Ivan hat sich hier ein cosy hide away geschaffen.
