House renovated in 2018, located at the foot of the mountains at Allevard les Bains.
The house is 1 hour drive from Geneva and Lyon, and 30 minutes from Grenoble.
The ski slopes are 20min and the center of the village 5min with access to shops, cinema, and thermal area
The house has on the main level a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, plus 1 living room / separate bedroom. Upstairs, a master suite including dressing room and bathroom, a double room, 1 twin room and a bathroom.
The swimming pool 12x4 is heated from May to October, the spa usable in the year.
Panoramic fireplace, barbecue, playground for children, large parking, land landscape, lake and mountains views.

Nous avons passé de super vacances, la maison est moderne et cosy, plein de détails super pour plus de confort et de bien être. La cuisine est super fonctionnelle, le jardin très agréable, les literies sont très confortables. Tout est pensé de façon pratique. De plus l'hôte est très réactif lors des échanges.
