The apartment, recently renovated, is practically new; it is about 100 square meters large and is located on the third floor of a quiet building.
It is very bright and carefully decorated.
It comprises entrance hall, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower.
The living room is large and welcoming with a large corner sofa, a wall equipped with a TV and DVD player.
The round table allows you to have lunch or dinner with elegance and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all appliances; in addition to the fridge and oven, there is also a dishwasher.
From the window you can enjoy the view of the Royal Palace of Caserta (see photo). There are two bedrooms: one has a double bed with a very large two-door wardrobe; the other has two single beds and a large wardrobe; both the window and the balcony of this room overlook the Royal Palace (see photo). The beautiful and modern bathroom is equipped with washing machine and shower.

Wi-fi with fiber (high speed wireless internet) is free.
The wide spaces make the apartment suitable also for long stays.

Tutto molto bello, non metto cinque stelle perchè in salotto c'era una macchia sul soffitto, proprio sopra il tavolo dove pranzavamo. Tuttavia in generale tutto splendido, posizione eccezionale per visitare la reggia.

The apartment has a view of the Royal Palace of Caserta from the windows. It's a short walk to the palace. The area is safe and the building is secure. The owner is available for questions. He was very nice about sending messages a few times during the week to check if things were going well. If you're staying in Caserta, I highly recommend this apartment. Grazie mille, Antonio!
