This modern apartment is very spacious and has been recently renovated to a very high standard with new carpets throughout, new 3 piece suite, drapes etc.
It is ideal for a family holiday or short break.
All windows are double or triple glazed for peace and quiet.
There are two bedrooms, a double and one with two single beds (which can be pushed together to make another double) there is also a sofa bed for an additional guest if required.
Huge lounge - dining room with big satellite TV.
Fitted large kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and hob.
Separate toilet and bathroom with power shower.
Ample storage space for cases and kit.
Free Wi Fi using the fishing tackle shop below BT Infinity business hub (which is very fast about 70MB).
Parking is not allowed in the courtyard behind the apartment except for unloading and access is very tricky through a very tight Old Town archway - for modest cars only.
There are plenty of public car parks within easy walking distance. Basic provisions (bread, milk tea coffee sugar etc.) will be provided initially.
There are several shops nearby for essentials and several supermarkets in town.

We had a lovely weekend celebrating 2 friends' 60th birthdays. Martyn was a great host, very friendly and helpful. The location is great too! Highlights of the trip were the Escape Rooms, A Scavenger hunt and a wonderful meal at Undercliffe House. All in all a great stay - would highly recommend!

Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten, gut möbliert und Martyn hat uns eine "Erstausstattung" im Kühlschrank gelegt. Meine Frau und schlafen gerne hart. Da sind die englischen Matratzen eigentlich nichts für uns. Aber Martyn hat noch eine Ersatzmatratze in der Abstellkammer. Außer einem Balkon hat uns eigentlich nichts gefehlt.
