Pleasant contemporary Basque style house with a large heated swimming pool located on the Bassussarry golf course between sea and mountains.
Implanted in peace on a ground of 1200m ² sported with a vegetable garden providing according to the season of pleasant vegetables to consume with delight.
Spacious house of 3 levels distributed as follows:
the garden level with its 60 m² dormitory space (a 160 cm bed and two 90 cm beds) a TV lounge, its dressing room, its shower room and a WC opening onto a terrace sheltered by a trellis facing the swimming pool.
plus a bedroom with a 140 bed and bathroom.
the first level will reveal the luminous charm of its 80 m²
with large bay windows opening onto a 30 m² covered and heated terrace facing south facing the swimming pool where you can take your meals and stroll in the evening, this terrace is an extension of the living room and the kitchen, it also overlooks the garden
These 80 m² include a dining room, a welcoming lounge with piano, an electronic organ, fireplace and chess table, backgammon, poker, gin rummy etc ... and its superb open kitchen facing south,
then the right staircase will take you to the music and television reading room,
and on the other side the staircase on the left will lead you to the 3 bedrooms with bathroom.
In front of the house a parking space closed by the electric gate allows to park between 3 and 4 cars.
Our house is located 5 minutes from local shops 20 minutes from the beaches of Biarritz, Anglet, 20 minutes from the center of Bayonne, and close to the airport.
Its location on the golf course will allow you to walk to the green, the driving range or the club restaurant.
As you know, the Basque Country remains a pleasant region to live in .....!
Located between sea and mountains, you will appreciate the walks and the leisures which are offered to you because you are ideally situated to go in the hinterland to visit its charming colorful and gourmet villages or to breathe the spray of the Landes and Basque waves, without forgetting d to taste tapas and pintxos in Spain.

Une maison dans un environnement calme, pas de bruit la nuit (c'est appréciable)! très bien équipée (cuisine, télé, literie....) , plusieurs terrasses pour prendre les repas, les apéros et farniente autour de la piscine. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse, nous y étions 9 adultes et 3 enfants. Le petit plus, une déco d'artiste et un piano accordé! Je recommande vivement cette location ...
