Attention to detail, the luxury of feeling at home. A family history passed down through more than two generations. Villa Levante remains, even today, an evocative place of undeniable charm. Nestled among the hills of the Tuscan Maremma, overlooking the sea, it is a place where well-being and charm find their fullest expression through an intimate connection with nature. A passion for this land and its bounty has allowed the owners to preserve the values that only a region like the Maremma—even today—can offer. Passion. That is the key word. This luxury property, situated within a larger estate and bordering a nature reserve, guarantees its guests all the privacy and security they need, while remaining immersed in virtually unspoiled nature.
The property offers its guests a tennis/football field, direct access to the cliffs, the opportunity to organise sailing excursions in the nearby Tuscan archipelago, as well as a whole range of other high-quality services and activities that can make your stay an authentic experience.
Villa Levante is located just a few minutes from the Punta Ala Golf Club—one of the five most beautiful golf courses in Europe—and from the port of Punta Ala.
Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, and other historic Tuscan towns are just a few kilometres from the villa.
The stay includes 4 hours of daily housekeeping (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), one full change of linens per week, utilities (*), and pool/garden maintenance. The property offers a concierge service.

The views are spectacular. The best swimming pool ever. We played my tennis on the private court all the time. A large family owned property that is very private. Lorenzo was so responsive and helpful about everything—reservations and so on. Highly recommended.

Thanks Lorenzo and team, our family had a truly memorable stay! The property was stellar, and surprisingly, better than the photos depict. We found the location on the ocean to be picturesque, and we were well positioned to visit the best of Tuscany. We appreciated the support you provided - in particular the extra coffee ;) Looking forward to our next visit
