The Dolce Vita House is our elegant and spacious ( 65 square meters or 700 square feet) one-bedroom, just two blocks from Place Carnot and Hospices de Beaune and near the Place des Halles market street. Arty decorated salon and tall windows that fill the rooms with sunshine, the Dolce Vita House offers the best of Beaune living. This beautiful rental features a modern kitchen and an open plan dining area to enjoy the best produce from the Beaune markets.
You'll find the Dolce Vita House's location to be perfect, right in the heart of the medieval city of Beaune. You will love being so central, just minutes from gourmet open air food markets and fantastic dining.
The house is displayed on 3 levels. You enter to the Ground Floor ( First Floor US) from the main street. At this level you will find a washer, a dryer and a half bath ( WC & sink). The wooden staircase takes to to the First Floor ( Second Floor US).
At the First Floor ( Second Floor US) you will find a large living area with an open plan kitchen, a large wooden table, a living area with a confortable couch, an armchair and a coffee table. There is a large screen if you enjoy watching it. The living area is bright and airy, 2 large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped. Starter Supplies Kitchen, Dishwasher, Kettle Microwave, Oven Combo, Nespresso Style Coffee Machine, Stovetop Toaster, Refrigerator
The Second Floor ( or Third Floor US) is the Master Bedroom and the Full Bathroom. The bed is a kingsize bed, coton and linen white sheets, fluffy bath towels. The Bathroom is accessible at the same level as the bedroom. It has a shower, sink, toilet, shower gel, soap and hair dryer.
Additional features are the iron board, iron, washing liquid, kitchen starter supplies, welcome present.
Not suited to guests with low mobility as it has 2 flights of steps. 2 AC mobile units set up in the summer. Your #Stay In Beaune is going to be memorable.

This place was amazing! It really felt like we were experiencing downtown Beaune living—-super clean house with all the amenities you’d find in the US…but with the quaintness of being in Burgundy France. Everything was within walking distance—-great shops and restaurants…the Saturday market is a must do!
The host was very responsive and on top of everything—very seamless process!

I cannot begin to say how much I enjoyed staying here. Communicating with Cristina was easy and her responses were always fast. The location is fantastic and the house itself is very cozy, clean and comfortable.
