4kms from the Departmental D 769, cottage renovated in 2020 in a mill located in a village in the countryside, on a plot of 3000m2 bordered by a river. You will be accommodated in a very secure mill. Rich in a natural heritage, the river Crana crosses the land to flow into the Scorff. Fishing on the outskirts of the property, mountain biking and cycling, hiking trail, everything for a perfect holiday.
The rental includes: living room with wood stove, dining area, fitted kitchen of 35m2: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron, 1 combi fridge, coffee maker, crockery. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 bed 140x190, toilet and bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.
Beds made on arrival
Cot, bathtub and baby chair on request at no charge.
Garden furniture, barbecue.
WIFI
Available: tea towels, rubbish bags and cleaning products.
deposit check of 350€ ask at the handover of the keys
as well as 20€ paid directly to the owner on your arrival for heating if necessary.

La location etait fidèle aux photos même plus grande que ce qu’on imaginait. Le jardin est superbe et nos hôtes extrêmement serviables.Un ruisseau coule au fond du jardin.

u gîte dans un cadre superbe( moulin), je recommande fortement, vous ne serez pas déçus. Propriétaires prévenants et discrets, un site à découvrir pour rayonner de Vannes à Douarnenez. Merci pour ce beau séjour.
