Close to sailing, wildlife walks, and more, this smoke-free villa brings it all within reach.

Place des Lices is within an easy 10-minute walk and Vieux Port is also a quick 13-minute walk away, so leave your car at the property, which offers onsite parking. Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this 1776-sq-ft villa, which also features a deck or patio.

As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, and stereo. As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom rental, you'll find a dining area, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a safe.

Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper.

Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and an ice maker.

And you can even pack a bit lighter because there's a washer and dryer.

I hesitate writing this as I want to be able to stay again in the future without competition from others. It was perfect. Full stop. The most incredible home and gardens with a view of the port. A complete oasis but close to the action. Clean, comfortable and amazing in every way. Luciana, the house manager, was incredible with every request, question and making sure the house was immaculate.
