On the ground floor, two steps lead outside to a lovely 12 m² entrance hall with a relaxation area, followed by a large living room with a dining area, sofas, TV, DVD player, and Wi-Fi.
You'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen.
There is one bedroom with two 90x190 cm beds, one bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and double vanity.
A separate toilet is also located on this floor.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 cm bed and a desk.
There is a shower room with a shower and toilet, as well as a mezzanine with games and books. A beautiful private swimming pool, open from June to September and heated to a maximum of 27°C upon request (weather permitting), measures 8 x 4 m, is 1.50 m deep, uses salt water, and is secured by a roller shutter.
A toilet and solar shower are also available.
