The apartment is on the upper floor of a detached 2-party house, which was built in 2017. There is only one office on the ground floor of the house. The living area is 75 square meters and is divided into a cloakroom, bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen, living room and large balcony. The apartment has every comfort and is equipped with a television, high-speed internet, underfloor heating, towels and bed linen. A parking space also belongs to the apartment. In addition, there is separate access to the washing machine and dryer.
The open kitchen is modern equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, 4 plate induction cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, pots etc.
The modern bedroom is furnished with a French box spring bed and a desk
The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, large mirror cabinet and a chest of drawers.
The living and dining area is equipped with a dining table, a pull-out sofa bed (for 2 people) and the TV. From there you get to the large balcony with a wonderful view of the Siebengebirge.
The use of towels, bed linen and internet are included.

Eine sehr schöne geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequemes Bett, freundliche Vermieterin. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Für ältere Gäste wäre ein Handlauf an der Treppe hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zum 2.Mal in der Ferienwohnung und es war wieder alles tiptop.Da wir gerne kochen, ist es toll, dass der Aldi in der Nähe ist und die große Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Das Wetter war auch okay, sodass wir schöne Radtouren am Rhein entlang machen konnten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat einen großen Balkon mit Aussicht und eine super Ausstattung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden die Wohnung definitiv wieder buchen!
