Very bright T2 apartment, for 2 to 4 people, (46 m2 renovated in 2018) located on the first (and last floor), with a 10 m2 balcony with sea view 150 m from the large Audierne beach. Close to surf spots, the Île de Sein pier and the nautical center, 50 m from the tennis courts. Large living room, very bright, with a comfortable 2-seater convertible sofa (duvet, pillows and household linen provided), coffee table, 2 dressers, library with many books and board games for all ages. A bedroom with 2 single beds, possibility of bringing them together (duvets, pillows and household linen provided), bedside tables and lamps, storage unit. Cot available if needed. Fitted and equipped kitchen, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Bathroom with shower, WC, sink (towels provided) Balcony of 10 m2 sea view with an outdoor table and 2 chairs (possibility to put 4) Pets not allowed, no smoking (you can smoke on the balcony looking at the sea) WIRELESS Very quiet area, possibility to park easily Creperie by the beach and several seafood restaurants. Downtown 2 km by a nice walk along the beach and the port, many shops bar and restaurants await you.

Large market on Saturday morning, night market on Wednesday evening in summer. Site of the Pointe du Raz and its numerous hikes nearby, the aquarium "Aquashow", the swimming pool "Aquacap" and its slide, the leisure park "Bel air", the cinema Le Goyen for all further information we are at your disposal, otherwise you can consult the Audierne info site!(all the info, leisure outings, entertainment, on Audierne and its region)

Sehr nettes Apartment in schöner Lage. Vom Balkon aus mit Seitenblick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung schien vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Die Einrichtung war im IKEA Stil. Alles war vorhanden außer einem Staubsauger. Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Apartment von Frederique und Mikus. Highlight ist sicherlich die Lage der Wohnung, nur 3 Fußminuten vom wunderschönen Sandstrand in Audierne entfernt.
