A beautifully renovated 3-bedroom character property in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, with its own private heated indoor swimming pool. Carefully restored while retaining its original stone walls and exposed beams, the house combines traditional French charm with modern comfort.
The real highlight is the 7m x 3.2m indoor pool, heated all year round to 28°C, so you can enjoy a swim whatever the weather.
