Das Haus ist sehr alt und verfügt über einen ausgesprochenen Charme. Trotzdem gibt es einiges zu bemängeln. Der Übergang von der Straße zu dem Weg der zum Haus führt ist eine Katastrophe. Eine klaffende Rinne von ca 40 cm Breite und 20 cm Tiefe muss erstmal überwunden werden. Nichts für tiefergelegt...
