Stone farmhouse in an old farmhouse, quiet, located in the heart of the coast of legends, 1.5 km from the white sand beaches and the classified site of Ménéham.
The gîte, renovated, includes on the ground floor: a large living room + kitchen and 1 shower room. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 * 190 cm bed, the other with 2 90 * 190 cm beds. Depending on your needs, a cot and a high chair will be available.
Outside the space consists of a private terrace area (barbecue garden furniture), a shared lawn garden (sun loungers available depending on the season) and games in the shed (billiards, table tennis, basket of basketball, table-bench and possibility to store your bikes).
A rich cultural heritage with its chapels, megaliths and fest-noz is to be discovered.
Hikers benefit from the magnificent GR34 with its 14 km of coastal paths and numerous small cross paths (ribins in Breton).
The coast benefits from unspoiled nature, magnificent coves, legendary rocks and white sands. It is an ideal coastline for the practice of nautical sports (sailing, surfing, sand yachting schools), fishing on foot, swimming but also quiet to relax and practice the bike (little elevation). In winter, the coast becomes wild, where you may have the chance to witness an impressive storm with its big waves.
For the pleasures of the palate, seafood restaurants, crêperies, farm inns (kig a farz served) and gourmet restaurants will delight your taste buds.
In the heart of the village, you will find shops, a Sunday market but also evening activities such as Breton tales and dances called fest noz and fest deiz.
Nearby, you can benefit from strolls in the abers (fiords) and in Brignogan, go to the far of the virgin island by big low tide, make a getaway to Ouessant, visit the island of Batz, its exotic garden and Roscoff; visit Landerneau and go to a contemporary exhibition at the Leclerc foundation or take a walk on the inhabited bridge; visit Brest, Océanopolis, its conservatory garden; then eat at the port of the white mill; have fun at the amusement park of the 3 priests, not to mention the secret walks in this land of legends.
All this information will be available to you in a welcome booklet to help you make your choices. The Ménéham tourist office will allow you to complete this offer with, among other things, upcoming events and events.
Looking forward!
