Located in the Cuatro Caminos area belonging to the Tetuan district. A popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long-standing tradition. In a building situated next to Bravo Murillo or Reina Victoria street, which has an excellent location especially for visitors travelling to Madrid for periods, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus, Plaza de Castilla or the financial district of Orense, where the Picasso Tower is located, an emblematic skyscraper of the city or the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most comprehensive in Spain, also surrounded by the most important shops and shopping centres. It is a neighbourhood in complete development with an impressive commercial offering and life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the city's best chefs buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.

It has two bedrooms, both with a very comfortable double bed, a bright and cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning for cold/heat in all rooms.

This apartment does not have a private parking space; you can find a public car park a short distance from the apartment.
Any extra equipment such as a cot or high chair for babies is subject to availability. The guest must contact Mit House to confirm in advance.

Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. El apartamento es muy acogedor, completo en sus instalaciones, limpio y ordenado.
Su ubicación es perfecta.

El apartamento era agradable y operativo.
No habia casi ninguno de los fungibles basicos para un alquiler de apartamento. Hemos comprado sal, aceite, jabon de platos, especias, friegasuelos y lo hemos dejado en el apartamento (son fungibles que duran mucho tiempo). Esperemos que los siguientes huésp...
