Access to the plot includes sections of unpaved road, providing that authentic rural charm. Inside, you will find a large dining room with an American kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, coffee maker, toaster and juicer, all designed to facilitate your stay and the preparation of delicious dishes. The modern and functional decoration creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.



For rest, the house has two bedrooms with windows to the outside, double beds and enough space to comfortably organize your luggage. The bathroom has a shower tray and a portable air conditioning unit is provided to set the atmosphere, since the accommodation does not have fixed air conditioning.



Located in a perfect area for families and rural environment lovers, the location is strategic: a few kilometers from restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, beaches and cities such as Málaga, Marbella and Coín, as well as from the Costa del Sol airport and train and bus stations. Additionally, you will be able to explore natural parks, water parks and nearby attractions such as the Caminito del Rey.



It has a garden, fenced plot, terrace of 32 m², washing machine, barbecue, iron, wifi, balcony, mosquito nets and outdoor parking in the same building, as well as a television for your entertainment.
