The villa "la marina" is a recent, functional and tastefully furnished villa, which will offer you all the comforts to spend a rejuvenating holiday in the Landes.
The villa has a beautiful bright living room with a lounge area, a dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The whole is open on the large terrace at the edge of the heated pool. Jacuzzi, sunbed, barbecue, garden furniture and dining area are additional assets to fully enjoy your stay.
A master suite with its dressing room and adjoining shower room, and two other rooms articulated around a second bathroom make up the night part of the villa.
The terrace is facing south and the pool is heated.

Not included: end of stay cleaning fee of 200 euros (optional).
Pets allowed with supplement of 20 euros per week.
Linen is not included, but possibility of rental on request.
