Amilcar House is a charming house located 3 minutes walking from Playa de Palma.
It is situated in a very lively area, especially in summer, Arenal, famous for its long sandy beach Playa de Palma with its seafront promenade full of cafes and ice cream shops, bars, restaurants, souvenir shops, supermarkets and everything necessary to spend excellent holidays on the coast. Amilcar House is a house with a special Mallorcan charm, where guests spend splendid holidays.
The property offers a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a set of comfortable sofas, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, three spacious bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and the third with two single beds, and an elegant bathroom with a bathtub. You will definitely appreciate a spacious patio with a dining table and barbecue, where you can enjoy your meals or have a drink with your friends. Amilcar House is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and dining room, fans and radiators in each room, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, complete kitchen utensils, bed linen and towels, and much more. One of the greatest advantages of Amilcar House's location is that it is not necessary to have a car.
There are several bus lines that take you to the centre of Palma de Mallorca, from where you can catch the intermodal bus to visit any place on our beautiful island. We also believe it is important to know that you will find a bicycle path nearby, which in total adds up to 11 kilometres of route along the sea.
It is a very pleasant route, which is an activity authentically highlighted by the inhabitants of Palma. With all this said, we assure you that Amilcar House is a perfect place for groups of friends, including groups of cyclists, who wish to enjoy all the facilities offered by the house and its location. *The Ecotax payment is mandatory in the Balearic Islands and must be paid in CASH upon arrival (€2.20 per person per night)* *After making your reservation, you will receive all communications through the platform where you made your booking. *Deposit payment and online check-in are mandatory to access the accommodation. *KEY COLLECTION WILL BE DIRECTLY AT THE ACCOMMODATION. *3 days before your arrival (if deposit payment and check-in were completed), you will receive the code for the accommodation key box. *IMPORTANT: The code can only be used from the day and official check-in time indicated in your reservation. *On the check-out day, keys must be deposited in the key box before 10.00am. *No type of events or parties are allowed* *Between 10:00 pm and 09:00 am, silence is mandatory and during the rest of the day, respect for neighbours is essential (loud music, excessive noise, etc. are not permitted)* *We kindly ask you to keep kitchen and barbecue areas clean to avoid attracting insects* *Important: due to the house location and depending on the season, there may be insects.

Excelente ubicación. A poca distancia a pie de la playa. Cómoda disposición para dormir y fue agradable tener aire acondicionado.

Tout d’abord très bon relationnel avec les gestionnaires du bien. Emplacement central très bien pour l’accès à la plage, les commerces …( mais donc bruyant). Maison propre.

There was a fair amount of furniture broken when we arrived, later we found out that most of this was due to the extreme weather of tuesday 1 june, which caused the basement to flood. however we did have much fun at the house and we definitely enjoyed our stay
