A 90-square-meter apartment with a garden, located on the Plateau d'Assy, faces due south and offers a magnificent view of the Arve Valley. It’s ideal for enjoying quality time with family or friends, whether in the Chamonix Valley, St. Gervais, Megève (20 minutes), or even Geneva and Annecy (1 hour). The Plateau d’Assy is well-known among paragliders for its takeoff area, as well as among cyclists and hikers for its trails featuring elevation changes and direct access to Chamonix.
The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom with a washing machine, and plenty of storage space—just like the second bedroom, which has three single beds, two of which are bunk beds. The toilet is separate from the second bathroom. The third bedroom opens onto a south-facing balcony connected to the living room, and both offer breathtaking views of the Arve Valley. You’ll truly appreciate this view from the comfortable sofa after a day of sports or simply after enjoying the raclette available in our fully equipped open kitchen :)
For parking, you’ll have a private covered garage for one car, with space for a second car to park out front. We strongly recommend having your own vehicle for getting around, although public transport is available in Chedde (train and bus).
We are at your complete disposal and know how to be discreet.
Located near the Assy Plateau, Maffrey is a very pleasant village featuring historic, recently renovated old farmhouses, plenty of green spaces, and a hillside setting.
Highlights near the property include exceptional hiking trails in the region between Passy, Servoz, Les Houches, and Chamonix. Popular cycling routes lead towards Switzerland or Chamonix. Exploring the region is easy thanks to its central location at the crossroads of the Mont Blanc area. The proximity to Geneva is highly appreciated (a 45-minute drive, with private transport available from Geneva Airport at very reasonable prices) by frequent travellers.

We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed at the lack of maintenance of the property.Secondary glazing in the bedroom was falling off.The hob was dangerous…no ignition and no matches providedThe fridge needed a bar to hold bottles in the doorNo plug for the bathroom wash basinAll these are basic simple matters of maintenance!

Great views, very comfortable and spacious. Parking is a bit hit and miss as spot for apartment not always available. Kitchen could do with more basic supplies such as salt.
