Bright house of 90 m2, in a quiet street halfway between Guérande and La Turballe, comprising:
On the ground floor, a beautiful living room with lounge, a coffee table with chaise longue, two armchairs and TV, CD player. A dining room with table, two benches and 2 chairs, furniture with crockery. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. A laundry garage with washing machine to store your beach belongings, your bikes, etc. Under stairs: a toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double bed 140 cm and 1 bedroom with two single beds of 80cm. A bathroom with 1 sink, a shower and a toilet.
Quality bedding. Size of the double beds: 140x190, size of the single beds: 80x200.
Outdoors
You will enjoy the private garden of 400 m2 with terrace, teak garden table and chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, two parking spaces. The garden is not overlooked and has walls and has a gate, the street is very little traffic.

The house is adjoining another house and is located near an agricultural shed, the area is very quiet.

3 kilometres from beaches, in a charming salt village.
Many nice walks to do from the house, you can reach the velocean course 1km away.
The location: 10 kms from La Baule train station, 1h10 from Nantes airport. You will find all shops 3 kms away in Guérande or La Turballe.
The magnificent medieval city of Guérande with its timeless streets is 5 minutes away. The famous salt marshes are only 1.5 kms away. The superb towns of character and their ports Piriac 10 minutes, Batz sur mer 15 minutes, Le Croisic 20 minutes. The seaside resort of La Baule is 15 minutes away. The beaches are 3 km away.
The magnificent Brière park with its horse-drawn carriage or barge rides, the small village of Kerhinet is 15 minutes away. You are in the heart of the peninsula!
A 1-hour drive away, you can visit Nantes or the Gulf of Morbihan.
