A detail to bear in mind: the rooms are closed with curtains by way of a door. About 20 kilometres from the house is the Lake of Banyoles where you can take a boat ride or enjoy its designated area for bathers with complete peace of mind, as during the summer months it has a lifeguard. The house is distributed over 2 floors with access to the second floor via stairs. It has: - kitchen - living dining room - 2 bathrooms - bedrooms - terrace with portable barbecue Persons on the property: · The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests. · The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children. · The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property. CHECK-IN: · The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in.
No other documents will be accepted. The keys are collected directly at the property. · Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking. · Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights. .
Deposit of 300 euros.
It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection. In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer. - No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking.

The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician. Rules: · Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. · No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately. · Pets are allowed.
The cost is £6/day/pet.
For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking. IMPORTANT: In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine.

El alojamiento en general está muy bien. La primera planta es la que hemos usado más, con un gran espacio abierto con cocina con mesa grande, chimenea y sala de estar, perfectos para 8 personas. La casa está muy bien equipada, no falta de nada, está limpia y la verdad que tiene mucho encanto.
