La Chintana is situated in an idyllic location, nestled amid beautifully preserved Mediterranean scrub and set against stunning hilly, rocky landscapes, with ocean views from the pool area.
Villa Charme A, converted from old farmhouses, consists of 3 independent units of varying sizes that can easily be rented as a single complex for up to 15 people or as individual units for smaller groups.
The townhouses are independent of one another; each offers a high degree of privacy with comfortable bedrooms, functional bathrooms, and fully equipped rustic kitchens opening directly onto spacious living rooms or dining rooms.
The enchanting gardens feature lawns, paths through small woodlands, barbecue areas, and seating for outdoor dining.
La Chintana is located on the stunning northwest coast near Capo Mannu, between Alghero and Stintino.
The enchanting site of La Chintana is surrounded by nature trails perfect for walking or biking; the breathtaking views and the chance to discover authentic Mediterranean charm offer unique and evocative experiences for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.
These hiking trails lead to the sea in just 35 minutes; the coastline features rugged cliffs covered in Mediterranean scrub (the trails are marked with signs and detailed in the information provided by the property). Just a few minutes’ drive away, you’ll find a wide selection of beaches and outdoor activities; the house is about 25 minutes from Alghero Airport and 20 minutes from the town of Stintino.
