The "Blue Océan Chalet Villa Premium" is a 3-room chalet with a total area of 44 square meters, suitable for accommodating 4 adults and 1 child. The practical furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a double sofabed measuring 70 cm wide and 190 cm long, a dining table, and a TV. There is an exit leading to the terrace from this room. Additionally, there is one room equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, along with a shower and WC. Another children's room features 2 beds measuring 70 cm wide and 180 cm long, also accompanied by a shower and WC.

The chalet's kitchenette is outfitted with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes electric heating and air-conditioning systems.
