Total area of 50 m², featuring 2 adjoining bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a double bed (brand-new queen-size bed) and a children’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds or that can be used as an office. The property is located a 5-minute drive from the racetrack and Lake Enghien, and 15–25 minutes from the Stade de France. You’ll appreciate the location, which is close to all the amenities of city centre. The Auchan shopping centre is a 1-minute walk away and accessible from the apartment: continue for 10 metres, and on your left, a small gate leads directly into the store. The covered market is a 5-minute walk away and is open on the following days (Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday). Please note: the apartment is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. However, an ashtray, table, and chairs will be available on the porch for smokers.
The accommodation is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families (with children); we can provide a travel cot for new parents upon request. The property is located on a dead-end street where parking is easy (free parking).

Perfect stay during the olympics. Very quiet neighborhood with supermarket around the corner. Good access to public transportation. Nice little terasse. Ideal for family of four. Reasonable price despite olympics.
