Fitted with a sofa that can be turned into a comfortable sofa-bed with hotel-quality linens, and there are multiple storage spaces. The flat also has multiple windows throughout the space, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight from the comfort of your home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a Ninja Food Max cooking machine - there's the recipe book and instruction manual in the kitchen.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Montévrain is a charming town located near Disneyland Paris, offering a peaceful and pleasant setting for visitors. With its picturesque streets, lush parks, and numerous shops, Montévrain is the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures at Disney. The town also benefits from good transport connections, making it easy to reach the capital and its attractions. Whether you’re a fan of nature, history, or leisure, Montévrain will captivate you with its friendly atmosphere and tranquil vibe, while being just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Paris.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Mairie Bus stop is 4 minutes away from apartment.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom.
It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.
CCTV cameras were installed in the common areas. One at the entrance of the building and the others on each floor in the corridor outside the studios.
The heater is below the TV; it is an electric heater, very modern chimney style; there is a remote control to switch it ON/OFF and to manage the temperature. If the window remains open, the heater will shut automatically.

This place is perfect if you are looking to stay in France near Disneyland. It is very safe and clean. The communication with the owner is superb and checking in is very easy. They made our stay in France an enjoyable experience. I would definitely return and stay in this neighborhood versus staying in Paris. It was so calm and beautiful. Thank you again for making our vacation a memorable one.

Mes vacances étaient superbes, j'avais les transports en commun non loin , j'ai apprécié l'intervention du propriétaire dès qu'il y avait un problème et sa gentillesse et considération. La seule chose que j'ai trouvée négative c'est l'heure du départ c'est vraiment tôt. Le confort et les restes c'étaient magnifique. Je le recommande.
