This small and charming studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no lift) of a small apartment building in Zurich Oerlikon.
A 10-minute walk from the Hallenstadion, in the heart of a quiet area, yet close to public transport (trams 7, 9, 10, and 14), as well as shopping, the Saturday market, and restaurants. The apartment features a living area with a double bed (160 cm) and a workspace, as well as a small bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the summer, you can use the patio behind the house.

The bells of the Catholic church across the street chime on the hour. In winter, there is central heating; in summer, there is no air conditioning, only a fan.

Leider gab es weder einen TV noch eine Spülmaschine. Rauchmelder waren auch nicht vorhanden. Das Zimmer wirkt kleiner, als auf dem Foto im Internet. Es war ansonsten alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Leandra ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat mir geholfen und auch Tips gegeben.

The place was clean, but the only problem was that there was no air conditioning. We had to open all the windows, but the church next door rang its bells every hour, making it difficult to sleep.
