Outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Moscari, in a quiet, sunny position, 24 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (6 x 4 m, depth 150 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 25.Nov.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot. 700 m long bumpy, narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking at the house on the premises. Sehr geräumige und rustikale „Finca“ für eine Großfamilie. Ruhige Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft sind nicht vorhanden, aber in den nächstgelegenen Orten reichlich vorhanden. Gut mit Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.Es ist eine persönliche Übergabe von Interhome an neue Miete...
