A secluded 12th century house with 5 double bedrooms, a swimming pool, terrace and 36-acres of ancient parkland.
Step back in time and discover the enchanting Le Teoulet, a residence brimming with history and charm. Originally serving as a Commanderie for the Knights Templar, this home stands as a sentinel guarding the ancient pilgrimage route, El Camino de Santiago. The property is a fascinating tapestry of past and present, offering a splendid 36-acre estate of lush grasslands and ancient woodlands.
The ground floor of the house comprises of a large living/dining room with a wood burning stove, a kitchen and an office. The 1st floor has 2 en-suite bedrooms and a WC. The 2nd floor comprises of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a WC. There is also a cellar/laundry room and a pool house with a bed.
There is also Starlink internet with Wi-Fi Mesh, a gated drive and private parking.

tres belle propriete, ancienne commanderie du temps des templier au coeur du perigord noira la fois loin des foules et proche des principaux sites touristiquesl exterieur de la maison, en particulier l espace piscine meriterait une mise a jour. maison et exterieurs peu adaptés a de jeunes enfants.mais parfaite pour un sejour entre amis.
