the house is located at the foot of the Loire. the south facing terrace offers a beautiful view of the Loire. in front passes the path "the Loire by bike". an ideal place of tranquility for a family of 6. a magical place Mont glonne, the mocquart island just in front. the house is 107m2, it is pleasant to live with its wooden terrace south of 15m2 its grassy field in front of the Loire of 100m2, the parking lot of 100m2 and storage room 15m2

La location est conforme au descriptif. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. Tout est de qualité : mobilier, électroménager, vaisselle, sanitaires...
L'environnement est calme et la vue sur la Loire très agréable. La situation est idéale pour découvrir le 49 et le 44.
