Charming villa with swimming pool for exclusive use and spectacular sea view in Altavilla Milicia.
The swimming pool is located in an elevated position reached by 15 steps, surrounded by olive trees, a well-kept garden with a lawn of over 500 m² where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea while enjoying an aperitif under the wooden gazebo.
On the ground floor of the villa there are two kitchens, one internal and the other external, fully functional and enslaved.
The outdoor kitchen in lava stone and decorated by hand is located under a fully closable wooden porch of over 60 m2.
Here you can cook dishes of all kinds without leaving bad smells in the villa, also being able to use the wood oven and barbecue.
Altavilla Milicia beach is characterized by a long coast of soft sand with equipped beaches.
Typical of the Altavillese landscape are the three coastal guard towers, these structures can be admired along the entire coast of the town.
In the southeast part of the coast there are also two beautiful coves among the rocks, watched over by a medieval tower. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir waren 6 Personen. Die Aussenküche mit Terrasse bietet sehr viel Platz für alle. Der Pool Bereich ist pure Erholung und Entspannung. Sehr ruhig man hört nur die Vögel. Gastgeber hilfsbereit und nett. „Grazie torneremo“ kommen wieder.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, sauber und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Sehr schöne gepflegte Außenanlage mit Außenküche und genügend Sitzgelegenheiten um den ganzen Tag draußen zu verbringen. Die Villa ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert ! Sehr gute Lage, schöner Garten mit mediterranen und tropischen Pflanzen die außerordentlich gut gepflegt sind.
