apartment, located in the heart of the town. The apartment boasts a
traditional Maltese wooden balcony overlooking a quiet street,
providing a relaxing dining experience. The Italian-designed kitchen is
equipped with modern appliances and the living and dining area is
combined to offer a comfortable stay. The bedroom consists of a double
bed and the bathroom features a bathtub with a shower built-in. For
your convenience, both the living room and bedroom are equipped with
air conditioning and free unlimited Wi-Fi and TV.

With a prime location, all amenities are within a few minutes' walk
from the apartment, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, spa
centers, and beaches, making it perfect for car-free holidays. The bus
stops to St. Julians and Valletta are just a few minutes away, and the
ferry to Valletta is situated nearby. We can even also airport
transfers. Sliema is a hub of activity and tourism, offering an
abundance of restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Visitors can enjoy
various holiday activities such as water sports, snorkeling, and
diving, or relax on the sandy beaches.

Please note that the apartment is private and not shared with any other
tenants, and the rental price includes cleaning of the property prior
to arrival and after departure.

Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed are
provided, with extra cleaning services available for an additional
charge. The weekly price includes a certain amount of basic utilities,
with any excess usage charged at an additional rate. For monthly
bookings, utilities are not included in the rental price and are
charged based on consumption.

The apartment is also available for long-term bookings of up to six
months at a monthly rate, with utilities charged separately.
