SECURITY DEPOSIT/CAUTION: A €1,200 bank pre-authorization is required prior to arrival, in accordance with premium villa standards. No charge will be made unless damage is identified. A secure payment link will be sent to you 15 days before your arrival.
DEPARTURE:
Late departures may be accepted if no booking is scheduled on the same day, subject to availability.

Heated whirlpool/spa pool at 34°C: available all year round
Swimming pool opening period (not heated): from April 1st to May 31st. If weather conditions are exceptionally good, the pool may be heated.
Swimming pool heating period: from June 1st to September 30th.
(Water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions.)
Please note that the swimming pool is heated through the overflow system from the hot whirlpool bath.
The pool heating system activates automatically only when the outdoor air temperature is above 18°C for more than 8 consecutive hours.
A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is also available :)

La villa est située dans un endroit très calme et il n’y a pas vis-à-vis. Les prestations offertes sont de très haut niveau. La décoration et l’architecture sont superbes. Il y a tout le confort voulu. La piscine est fantastique. Un superbe séjour très reposant.
