Casa Tranquility is a new Spanish style villa set in the mountains of Monte Pedreguer with breathtaking sea and country views.
Situated within an easy a twenty minute drive from popular beaches in Javea or excellent shopping in the port of Denia, the location offers something for all ages and tastes.
As its name suggests, the property is in a very quiet position near the Montgo National Park and is an easy 50 minute drive on the A7 from either Alicante or Valencia airports.
An 18 hole golf course and spa can be found at the 5 star Marriot with horse riding and tennis nearby.
Lots of fun can be had at Benidorm's water and theme parks which is a 25 minute drive or twsry the Zoo at Pego.
Alternatively visits to hill top towns or tiny fishing villages offers a taste of the traditional Spain.
Ibiza and the Balearic Islands are a 2 hour ferry ride from the port of Denia.

James y Jill son unos fantásticos caseros ya que nos hemos podido comunicar con ellos en todo momento y la casa está genial, con unas vistas muy bonitas desde la piscina. Hay que disponer de coche en todo momento ya que la propiedad se encuentra lejos de supermercados, playa, etc. pero por las vistas merece la pena

Our friends and my partner and I stayed at Dave's villa for 8 nights.
The location gave us great views, fab sunrises and the ability to travel to most of the inland and harbour locations on our wish list within 1/2 -1hr. The villa had everything we needed. If you want the peace and quiet of a mountain location this is for you.
