Bright and welcoming 45sqm apartment, overlooking the lagoon and private parking, located on the second floor (without elevator) of a residential building inserted in a holiday context. Just 6 minutes walk from the apartment are the long beach equipped with bar and umbrellas, ideal for walking and relaxing, and the Aquatic park, with swimming pool and water slides for the enjoyment of the little ones. In the center (1 km) you will find many restaurants, ice cream parlors, clubs.
The apartment is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables.
-LIVING / SLEEPING AREA: large double sofa bed, split A / C, TV, chest of drawers, direct balcony access, dining table.
- KITCHEN: stove, minibar, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, barbeque, kitchen utensils.
- BALCONY: equipped with outdoor table and chairs
BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES: private parking, unlimited wifi, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.
CITY TAX.
The tourist tax will be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.
The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, characterized by the presence of many holiday homes and vacation homes. It is located halfway between the lagoon and the sea, in an excellent position to fully enjoy both the environments, the panoramas, the scents and the typical activities of each. In the area you will find all the main services, including: supermarkets, pharmacy, ATM, petrol stations. The historic center of Grado, with its pedestrian area, its restaurants, cafes and clubs is only one kilometer away.
- From Venice "Marco Polo" airport: about 1h30min by car.
- From Friuli airport: about 25/30 minutes by car.
Our keyholder will contact you to agree on the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
All identity documents of residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. Please note that late check-ins must be agreed directly with the property and require a supplement as follows:
- 21.30 - 23.00: € 25.00;
- 23.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00;
- 24:00 - 01.30: € 40.00.
