Our contemporary villa is ideally located between the Céze Valley and the Ardèche Valley and only 15 minutes walk by a small footpath from the river Ardèche to St Martin-d'Ardèche, for your swimming in the river and your meals in the different taverns that will be proposed to you.
Located in Occitania, in the Gard and close to many tourist sites..As Aiguèze or Monctclus (classified villages) .. The cave Chauvet-Pont-D'arc..Saint-Martin-d'Ardèche and its descent by canoe .. .The Cèze Valley, and the waterfalls of Sautadet ... The Pont du Gard ... Orange..Avignon..Nimes ... You will discover the master bedroom with its private bathroom and bed 160, the blue room and two twin beds of 80 x 200, which can also make you a bed in 160 and the dormitory room with its trundle bed 80 x 200 and its two bunk beds of 90 x 200 for children as adults. You can sleep in without worry, its openings to the west, you can enjoy the freshness of the morning.
A ball game has been planned for your moments of relaxation.
It is located in a small residential area of 5 houses 500 m from the village which will allow you to walk to get your bread and croissants. At your service the village cafe, a restaurant and a pizza truck, as well as a scoop with its products market gardeners within 300 m and a doctor and 5 kms you will have the butcher, the pharmacy , hairdresser, grocery, and 10 kms on Pont-Saint-Esprit supermarkets.
Very close you can enjoy the hook branch which has a great success.

We had a wonderful stay at Beau Soleil. The villa is modern, spotless, and really well equipped - everything we needed for a very comfortable 2 week stay. The setting is peaceful and private with an enclosed garden, a fantastic pool (the kids spent hours in it), and even a pétanque court we all enjo...

La maison est parfaite. La piscine également. La climatisation est très efficace, tout en se faisant oubliée. Il est possible de se rendre à Saint Martin à pieds, mais le chemin qui y mène est assez isolé et herbeux. La traversée du pont de st Martin n est pas forcément très sécure, même si de nombr...

Eigenaars waren zeer vriendelijk! Mooi huis en zeer proper. In de keuken was alles voorzien. De schuiframen waren fantastisch!
