An interior garden with an open shelter where it is pleasant to have coffee or an aperitif.
The first floor consists of 3 bedrooms:
A master bedroom adjoining a bathroom
A room for children with 4 beds with shower and sink
and a landing room.

Pas de volets aux persiennes , enfant en bas âge difficultés pour dormir. pièce à l’étage en travaux trace d’enduit…
Moisissures sur les transats , coin chapelle banquette pas propre , … prix pas en rapport avec la prestation. Cette maison a tout pour être bien mais à besoin d’être rénovée .

Très belle maison quasiment au bord de la mer. Beaucoup de charme, très clair, tout ce qu’il faut pour passer de belles vacances en famille - meme avec des petits enfants.
