The living rooms are composed of a large living room of 35 m² with a large bay window overlooking a terrace facing south and a separate, fully equipped kitchen open onto a balcony where you can dine.
The sleeping area is separated by a double door and consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet.
Each piece has areas of storage and all the equipment necessary for your comfort: Internet access, flat screen TV, home appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker ...)
Ideally located for exploring the city on foot or through the region of the Loire Castles, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people, is perfect for family holidays, with friends or for a business trip.
A parking space inside the residence with access by an electric gate is also available.

Appartement très bien situé…grand …calme ..et accueil indépendant mais très bien expliqué….
Je recommande vivement…pour visiter les châteaux…en plus…si pas de voiture ou pas envie de la prendre ..la gare à côté …et le train à 8 minutes pour Tours …
