A newly renovated Farmhouse for modern living, with high speed Wifi. The property is situated in the Nettle Hill estate in Warwickshire well positioned to motorways, cities such as Birmingham, Coventry & Leicester, within easy reach of the historic towns of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Rugby. The accommodation is a well appointed 6 bedroom house with ensuite through out, a large living room and dinning Kitchen all fitted out for up to 12 people. The property is situated within a 7 acre site in rulal Warwickshire within minutes of the M6 Junction 2. Great place to visit the area from or use as abase for work for the NEC (20 mins away) or local business.
