Charming house in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful medieval village of St Saturnin les Apt, within walking distance, the bastidon d'Antonin is located in a quiet environment with parking, garden, private swimming pool (7 x 3.5m) and a charming shed for a Provençal holiday with family or friends. Ideally located you can visit the most beautiful villages of the region and easily access local shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy, bars and restaurants).
Designed to accommodate 6 people, the property consists on the ground floor of a large entrance leading to an air-conditioned living room, a separate fully equipped kitchen opening onto the veranda.
Upstairs, a large air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 double bed with independent entrance, a second air-conditioned bedroom also with a 140x200 double bed, a third mezzanine bedroom (partially open) with double bed 140x200 and an extra bed and air conditioning, a bathroom, a shower room and separate toilets.
A laundry room is also available with access to an outdoor drying rack.
Outside you can enjoy a large fenced garden and its private swimming pool, a large terrace overlooking the veranda, a dining area shaded by a large cedar tree and a petanque court.
The shed on the edge of the pool area is used as a pool house. It is equipped with a covered terrace with plancha, a toilet, a water point and a freezer. (Also an extra bed is available as it has a sofa bed 140x200)
Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment.
Babies are welcome as the accommodation has a high chair and a travel cot available on request.
For a pleasant stay the bastidon is also equipped with board games, bowls, deckchairs and pool buoys.
