I offer a charming studio for 2-3 people south, the second floor of a residence on the waterfront of the Promenade Marcel Proust Cabourg.
Ideally located to enjoy the pleasure of the sea and walks on the beautiful beach extending between the charming town of Houlgate and the mouth of the Orne, you can also practice all possible water sports.

L'hôte est très sympathique, agréable et serviable également.Très bon emplacement. On peut tout faire à pieds. La plage est en bas de l'immeuble. Pour les amateurs du mini-golf, parcours en bas de la location. Je recommande.

Excellente semaine passée dans ce studio sécurisé situé très proche de la mer ainsi que des commerces.Tout est accessible sans voiture.Très bon rapport qualité/prix.Je remercie Jérôme pour avoir répondu à mes mails ainsi que Nathalie, la gardienne de l'immeuble, pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse.Je reviendrai l'année prochaine sans hésitation.

Studio confortable avec un balcon. Rien ne manque. Bien situé. Très bon accueil du propriétaire et de bons conseils. On peut tout faire à pieds.
