Beautiful house "La Pinède", surrounded by trees. 3 km from the centre of Pernes-les-Fontaines, 10 km from the centre of Carpentras, 30 km from the centre of Avignon, in a secluded position. Private: natural state property 28'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 31.Sep.) with alarm system. Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access (150 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop "La Roque Sur Pernes la RIAILLE1" 2 km.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal dort und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Ruhe und die Natur sind einmalig. Das Haus ist sehr schön und auch bei Hitze ist die Temperatur drinnen angenehm. Das Schwimmbad erfrischt einen bei heißem Wetter. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Waren zum 10. Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Besitzer hat jedes Jahr wieder neue Verbesserung installiert.

Das Haus "La Pinede" ist sehr großzügig, gut eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist groß und sehr schön. Das Objekt befindet sich in einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück, in einem Eichen-Pinien-Wald. Es ist dadurch sehr ruhig, man ist für sich und kann die Ruhe genießen.
