The pretty cottage is composed of a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (on request we combine the two single beds), a complete bathroom with shower, a laundry room, large garden and veranda.
The house is perfect for couples and families who want to spend a relaxing holiday.
The large garden also allows children to play freely and adults to relax.
Enjoy the veranda having meals outdoors, before returning to enjoy the sun, perhaps lying on the lawn with a good book. At guests' disposal:
- Free WIFI
- free parking space in front of the house
- barbecue
- cot and high chair on request
- umbrella, beach games for children.
Located in a quiet area, just 100 meters away there are both outdoor and indoor tennis courts and an area equipped for stalking dogs, while the town center and the first sandy beaches are easily reachable on foot, respectively in 15 minutes and 10 minutes of walking.
At 300 meters you can enjoy a long cycle path, about 2.5 km long and which runs along the beautiful coast. The cycle path is also perfect for taking a splendid and healthy walk near the sea, thanks also to a lane reserved for pedestrians.
It is possible to rent bikes directly at the small marina, close to the cycle path.
Marina di Ragusa received the Blue Flag in 2019 for the 6th consecutive year and also has one of the best beaches and seaside resorts in Sicily suitable for children, thanks to clear and low water near the shore, clean sand, the presence of lifeguards, ice cream parlors and public places near the beaches.
The house is also located in the places where the famous fiction of "Il Commissario Montalbano" was filmed and is located in a strategic position that allows you to make day trips to the main tourist resorts of south-eastern Sicily. Nice place inside and outside. But not a few meters from the beach, more like 1 km. Information about how to enter the house failed, as we did not get it before we left, and the mobil didn't work for us when we arrived. We should have been told long before if Emilia wasn't there to open for us. Otherwise she was pleasant, but we had language problems as we don't speak Spanish but English.

Marina di Ragusa est une station balnéaire où tout se trouve à portée de main, que ce soit la plage, les restaurants, le sport, les activités nautiques, les magasins.
La propriétaire de l'hébergement est très agréable et disponible pour toute question, elle nous a conseillé les lieux à visiter.
