In the heart of the medieval city of Semur en Auxois, you will find peace and quiet at the foot of the very famous Pinard Bridge, in a historic setting, 2 minutes' walk from the city center. You can enjoy a magnificent view of the towers and the ramparts.
Fully renovated house with new hotel quality bedding. (10 minutes from the A6 motorway)
Friendly house comprising on the ground floor, a terrace overlooking the ramparts and the towers of Semur-en-Auxois giving access to the entrance hall, living room with open kitchen fully equipped fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom including WC bathroom.
Television in the living room and bedroom. Sheets are provided as well as towels. Board games available.
For babies, you will find a high chair and a travel cot.
You will have access to everything in the house while respecting the objects present naturally.
Cleaning must be done before leaving the premises.
If you do not wish to do the cleaning, it can be done for you for the price of 60 euros.
These additional costs are payable locally.

Esta propiedad tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia sumamente cómoda. No le falta nada a la casa.
Está muy bien situada, a los pies del castillo medieval, a cinco minutos a pie de toda la acción del centro.
Semur-en-Axois es un pueblo ideal par descansar y visitar la región de Bourgogne, ...

Our stay at Pont Pinard was fabulous. Our hostess Christelle met us on arrival, made sure we were settled in and introduced us to the local area. We arrived after a 7 day motorbike tour across northern France and Bavaria, our gite was the perfect way to relax and Semur en Auxois a great place to immerse ourselves into the true French way of life ..... all in all superb!
